Shipati survives as a pupa in winter and icy inside, and when summer comes, it survives in the form of a mushroom in the grass. It can only be found on glaciers that are over 10,000 feet above sea level. It is found naturally only in the highlands of Tibet, the northern part of Nepal, India, the southwestern part of the People's Republic of China, the glaciers north of Putao in Kachin State, and the glaciers in Khaka Borazi National Park. Ice mountain shipati is golden in color and small in size. The size of the local shipati is about 3 times bigger than the ice mountain shipati, and it has a pale brown shape. It is popular due to the ability to balance the heat and cold of the body, strengthen the lungs and kidneys at the same time. It prevents premature aging, reduces stress and also ability to increase immunity.
